Phylogenetics of the two-component sensor histidine kinase

       利用BioEdit比較10種Streptococcus的two-component sensor histidine kinase的序列和其演化性分析，結果如下:

       由Phylogenetics 分析所得到的Phylogenetic tree，可看出不同種Streptococcus的two-component sensor histidine kinase親緣關係。其中本實驗室所研究的Streptococcus pyogenes和Streptococcus mitits的親緣關係較為接近，而Streptococcus agalactiae則和其他九種的Streptococcus親緣關係較遠。
